Terms of Use – Secure File Drop

By using Secure File Drop you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this service to upload and share files for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload or share:

Content that is illegal under applicable law.
Malware, viruses, or any software designed to harm systems or users.
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Private information about other individuals without their consent.
Sexually explicit content involving minors.
Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group.

2. File Storage and Expiry

Files are stored temporarily for the retention period you select (1–30 days). After expiry, files are automatically and permanently deleted. The service is not a backup solution — do not rely solely on this service to store important files.

3. No Guarantee of Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Files may be removed at any time without notice.

4. Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. By uploading a file you represent that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any file and revoke access to any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
